UNiBLOCK is an Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) developed for the construction industry. It is classed as a Modern Method of Construction (MMC) that can be used in all sectors of the construction industry: residential, commercial, industrial & institutional. Panels comprise an outer and inner leaf of various sizes, made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) with a hollow core. An embedded wire mesh with a patented folding mechanism provides structural strength to the block.

Each block is locked together with the next adjacent block using simple ties to hold them in place. A non-complex system that works.
Strong, robust system
An embedded wire mesh with a patented folding mechanism provides structural strength to the block. When building the embedded wire mesh generates added stability to the wall when under construction and during the concrete pour, as well as allowing them to be flat packed for delivery on site.
UNiBLOCK wall system oppositions
The system offers three different wall thickness as standard delivering the following U values. The inner leaf size is a constant at 75mm. The core standard is 150mm but can be increased in increments of 50mm up to 350mm if required.

Each wall is designed & pre-cut offsite; No waste onsite, enabling faster construction due to block being pre-form. Alternative skill sets can be utilised on site reducing cost. System-scaled to deliver large projects in short time periods. Contractor can operate just-in-time operations.
Smooth, simple delivery
Our systematic numbering system takes the complexity out of building. Each pallet is numbered according to the planned build schedule and delivered to site by lorry. With each block’s maximum weight being just 17 Kg, a reduction in the overall carbon foot print of the project is a given.
High manoeuvrability
The folding mechanism allows for the block to be transported cost-effectively and – once onsite – opens to the perfect dimensions required for the concrete pour. Great for building in tight development locations.
